I agree with statement that with the help of technology, students nowadays can learn more information and learn it because now, I’m using technology for learning and I think that technology can support getting knowledge.
The way how we use technology for learning and how it effect are, I’m using computer to type or write an essay besides if I made mistake in grammar, computer and fix or underline it, this is very helpful and I can learn grammar form my mistake. If you use internet, technology can use more in studying, for example in my science class we use internet website to get information and learn about science topic like plate tectonic. In addition the best thing about using internet is that we can get a lot of information at once.
However using technology for learning too much will make bad effect, for example if we use computer too much for typing, we will not use pen or pencil therefore we will not be able to write word in your hand.
Therefore the good thing about using technology is that it can make learning easier moreover it can make more comfortable but we have to control the amount of technology that we use for learning because too mach technology can make you lazy.

Technology in the form of internet has helped breach the limitations of a country's frontiers.A student sitting in a small town of India can access the latest course material released by say MIT on his topic of interest.He can gain access to the latest that his happening in say physics and thus improve his existing storehouse of knowledge.He can browse through the pathbreaking papers in physics and dwell deeper and deeper in his specialized study .And how long does this all take ? A click of a mouse .Compare this with searching through the mazes of his small home town library,only to find some outdated articles and consuming a great part of his daily activity .
Technology has helped open up many new avenues that previously were considered impossible .Take for example the simple LCD projectors .They give a visual feel of the subject that the student is studying helping him to learn not only quickly but also effectively .Or for that matter video conferencing .A student can ask questions and clear his lingering doubts when he interacts with a professor considered as the authority in his field.
An overlooked aspect of technology is the transportaion.With rapid advances in transportation, a student in say China does not think twice before signing up for a programme in the US .Would this have been possible say 500 years back ?Certainly not .
In concluding I would like to say that technology has played a major role not only in increasing the speed at which students learn information but by bringing a radical change in the way they learn it .

From a child to an adult. a person was growing up under a complex condition of the society. During the livetime. lots of the experiences we got and these became the weapon that we uses to cope with the difficulties we meet in the current society. So I strongly believe that learning about the past could help one person living in the present, it brings lots of benefits.
The reason why we are studying History is that from obviousing the past time, we learned what we should do and what we'd better not to do in the present. Some of the society destryed because the leaders of the dynasty is gready and evil, they dominated their dynasty in a wrong way that cause the common people lived at that time suffered. From past examples, the current government could learned something and never make mistakes any more. This is nothing bad if we learning about the past, because we are clearly know the truth, and getting what we need and dropping draff.
In the present, in the large companies, employees are required to write summaries for their annual behaviour of last year. Why do learders have this decision? That's because people need to apologies for what they did wrong last year, and then they learn to do better next year. Learning about the past could let people see what their defects are. People are intelligent fellows, they always try their best on their way life. How could people try their best is correcting their bad behaviours and defects from the past.
Even though lots of people didnt like to do so because they thought they should face to the future but not always consider about the past. I think we could do both of them, if we learn from the past, we could meet the future difficulties lightly and easily. That's a precious experiences.
So in conclusion, learning about the past has value in present. People could analysis their past behaviours and do better in the future.

I do not agree the statement that learning about the past has no value for those of us living in the present. On the contrary,we must remember all the historical events that happened wheater the events is good or not.
For an example,we must never ever fotget the World War II which is the biggist disaster that the human being erver suffered.Millions and millions human beings were kill during those terrible years.Further more many of them were slaughtered though they are civilians especially in Russian and China.That nightmare should be a barricade in using military forces and tells the present people that never hatch a war forever.
For another example,the trip to the moon is a great event because people go out of the earth and land on the other astronomic object for the first time.That thing represented the highest technology level at that time.It is an immense succeed both in scientist and astronomy and it give presnet people much confidence of doing similar things.We should also recollect it as a impetus for human being on all things that man kind never does.
Last but not least,the invention of nuclear weapons including atom bomb and H-bomb should be remember clearly because man kind can ruin himelf with those weapons.Although it is about 60 years since we had it we must remeber never try to use the trepid weapons and decress their number continually. The term progress signifies development, improvement or success in an person's life. According to me progress is always good. It determines achievement in an individual's life. Progress can be described in many ways . for eg. people say Mr. x has progressed in career. That shows he has achieved something good , thus he is recognized by public.
Firstly I would like to discuss about the stages of man's life from where progress begins. Progress starts right from childhood. For eg. , when the child starts to walk , the mother says the child has mastered one of his developmental mile and he is progressing. In school the child's mark sheet is called "progress report or progress card". This report shows how much a child has excelled in his education. The first thing to produce to pursue a career or schooling is showing the progress sheet obtained in previous level. Hence progress is a means to develop further.
Secondly, according to me progress is a ladder. It enables a man to climb further towards the wall of success. For eg. if a man works hard, shows good talent & brings success in business or project, then he gets promotion or salary hike. This motivates him & encourages his to work still harder. Progress is a boost, means of motivation & encouragement. It increases the self esteem of an individual. For eg. , a person develops in his career , he feels satisfised both in his work & his living.
Finally I would like to mention the social recognition that a person will receive if he progresses in his life. His family friends & whole world will praise & appreciate him. For eg. , consider Tata & Birla, though they belong to a simple family, when they started shining in their profession, they were recognised by the whole world. Tata steel became very famous & they exported steel to various countries.
Progress can be in any field like education, sports, career, music or any other art, but it is a means to live successfully and productively. According to famous quote "Little drops make an ocean", Progress of each individual in a country will ultimately result in progress of the whole nation.

Is progress always good? Almost all the people think progress is a good thing to improve their lives. Though some of them point out that progress brings about some bad side effects at the same time. In my point of view, I think progress is always good, if we attach higher importance to its minor negative effects, it should show even significant merits. I have several reasons to demonstrate my opinions.
First of all, progress means development. With the rapid technical development, our lives are changed tremendously day and night. For instance, nowadays, we can travel to another country in a few days or even hours. We can keep contact with clients in thousands miles away by e-mails every day. These progresses ensure us to live in a comfortable society our older generation could hardly imagine in their times.
Second, progress enhances healthy competition. We can see that several big companies’ pitch for the flagship position in the market. When they make big technical progress and lessen the costs so as to make more profits, they obtain the leadership position in the industry. Thus, many companies are eager to carry out new inventions and technical breakthroughs.
Admittedly, overheated industry progress sometimes brings about some bad shortcomings such as pollution, deforestation, etc. However, its advantages surely outweigh its disadvantages, we should not throw the water out along with the baby in the same bathe basin. Automobiles, bicycles, airplane are some of the greatest inventions in recent centuries. All of them has played huge role in making our transportation more and more advanced. We have also improved these modes by the decades. But if we make selection of the best among them then we can easily rule out bicycle.
Then we are left with automobiles and airplanes. Automobiles are king on land while airplanes are in the air. But if we take into count the massive worldwide industrial development, airplanes comes first. The have become vital mode transportation in the present world. Today people need to go far distances quite often. Automobiles cannot support that. Airplanes also provide the fastest mode transport and cover distances faster than any other vehicle. Airplanes provide comfort and mass transport options.
Coping with the dizzying rate of change in the world today consumes much attention of industry and corporate leaders. Markets, technologies, and competitors all move more quickly than a decade ago and at light speed relative to a century ago. The half-lives of the leading business organizations seem to be shrinking as well. So time has become an important factor in making a business successful. And airplanes are the only answer to it.

Though people's views vary from each other, I believe that it is the automobiles that changed people's lives. Automobiles have given many freedoms to ordinary people. For the working people, the car enabled them to work in the city and live in suburban areas many miles away. Admittedly, commuting is commonly believed uncomfortable. Without automobiles, they would not have this opportunity.

I strongly agree that attending a live performance is more enjoyable than watching the same event on television. It is because the television cameras cannot catch all the things happened in the event at the same time and the effects on live are much more attractive than on television.
Take a music concert as an example, if I am attending it on live, I can enjoy a more three dimentional effect of music. Besides, I can distinguish the positions of different musical instruments and feel the music more lively. All the things that I want to see can be controlled by myself. On the other hand, if I am watching the same event on television, the sound effect will be less attractive. While the television cameras will either take a wide view or zoom in on a particular part of the player, we will have no free choices. Moreover, no matter how advance the T.V. amplifiers are, they cannot reflect the real sound situation.
Furthermore, if we enjoy a football match on live, we must feel so exciting that it definitely cannot be replaced by watching television. The shouting of the fans motivate ourmood more easily. We cannot imagine how thrilling when the ball is shot in the goal by watching television. Besides, we will have a feeling like we were one of the players and involve in the match when we are attending the match on live. This is a special feeling that we cannot express in words.
In shorts, there are comparatively more advantages to attend a live performace rather than watching the same event on television. Therefore, if the situations are available, I certainly prefer to enjoy the events on live.

First and foremost,people who will go to a live performance may not see or lister to clearly. Not all seats there are the best place.May be you will feel disappionted after attending it,and you must think the price for ticket is not worth that.
There is another factor that deserves some words here.The quality of the performance will depends on some external factors.Suppose that you go to a concert outdoors.Before you leave home, you have to consider how the whether will be go.It is likely that audiances are wet because of rain during the performance.So, even though the performance is in high quality,you may not feel comfortable more or less.
In addition, attending a live performance may waste your time. You must go there ahead of time,and you have to park.That will spend much time.
I can not deny that attending a live performance has its own merits.Nonetheless,based on the above discussion, I strongly disagree with the opionion that attending a live performance is more enjoyable.
